1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LocalMind ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
LocalMind is a multi-tenant SaaS platform core providing authentication, role-based access control, project management, API keys, webhooks and audit logging. It is domain-neutral infrastructure on which products are built.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use LocalMind.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, passkeys and API keys.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and within projects you own or administer.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use LocalMind for:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Unauthorized access to other tenants' data or attempts to bypass tenant isolation.
- Abusing webhooks or API keys to attack third-party systems.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
6. Data & Content
You retain ownership of the data you create in your projects. You are responsible for the lawfulness of that data and for configuring webhook endpoints and integrations under your control.
7. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from your misconfiguration, compromised credentials, or third-party integrations you connect.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
