Multi-tenant projects, isolated by design

Every project is a self-contained workspace with its own members, invitations and lifecycle — tenant data never crosses the wall.

All project-scoped queries require a project id at the type level; a missing filter can't compile, and cross-tenant reads return 404.

Invite existing or unregistered users with a single-use, 7-day token; role is chosen up front (never Owner).

The current Owner initiates with step-up; the recipient must explicitly accept before it takes effect.

Deletion is reversible for 30 days — resources go dark and keys freeze immediately, with a background hard-delete after the grace period.
